1. A Major 10 List of High Paying Careers ranks Pharmaceutical Representative at #9 with an average starting salary of $51,000+. I happen to know of similar sales positions in clinical diagnostics, research clinical, histology, clinical laboratory, imaging, DNA, cellular, molecular, surgical supplies, hospital equipment, and pathology device where you can do better.
