You have to have numbers on your resume that “prove” your skills in order to make it a really impressive marketing document, right? Well, that works in sort of the same way in the interview: you got to be able to provide specific examples that back up what you say your skills are. For instance, you can’t just tell me you’re “persuasive.” In clinical sales, everybody says that. I need for you to illustrate that for me with a specific example of a time that you were persuasive.
