Sometimes companies hire outside recruiters as consultants assigned to conduct candidate interviews for career opportunities in clinical sales, health care revenue, clinical device sales, medical sales, clinical diagnostics revenue, lab sales, or medical sales. Understandably, these interview situations make candidates a little more nervous….but I have a job interview strategy for you to handle this situation. To successfully navigate a 3rd party interview, you have to uncover the goals of the interviewer.
